Your return policy
All footwear must be returned in their original condition, including the sneaker box, and securely packaged in an outer box for protection. Returns sent without an outer box may be refused and returned to the customer if damaged.
All items are thoroughly checked prior to be shipped to you: Left and right foot, matching sizes, no major quality issues or damage to the shoe and the condition of the box.
If your return is not accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.
Items purchased during a sale or with a promotional code are only eligible for store credit.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the item. A return fee will be applied based on your location. Provided your return meets our policy requirements, you will receive a full refund excluding the original delivery fee.
How do I create a return?
You can create a return by emailing us at info@kickdrip.co.uk with your order number.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return lands back with us, we’ll check it over and email you to confirm we’ve got it. You’ll then get an update letting you know if your refund’s been approved.
If approved, your refund will be on its way to your original payment method within 10 working days.
