Your return policy

All footwear must be returned in their original condition, including the original box, and securely packaged in an outer box for protection. We advise sending items back in an outer box to protect the item while it's on the way back to us.

All items are thoroughly checked prior to be shipped to you: Left and right foot, matching sizes, no major quality issues or damage to the shoe and the condition of the box.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the item. Provided your return meets our policy requirements, you will receive a full refund excluding the original delivery fee.

How do I create a return?

You can create a return by emailing us at kickdripldn@gmail.com with your order number.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return lands back with us, we’ll check it over and email you to confirm we’ve got it. You’ll then get an update letting you know if your refund’s been approved.
If approved, your refund will be on its way to your original payment method within 10 working days.
