Please ensure when checking out that your shipping address is correct and all relevant address details required to locate the place of delivery are included. Kick Drip will not be responsible for lost packages which are a result of an incorrect address.

If you are not going to be in please use your tracking number at https://www.royalmail.com/ to track your parcel and change the delivery day or have it delivered to a neighbour or safe place. If parcels are redirected to be delivered to your neighbour or a safe place and the item is missing, Kick Drip are not responsible for the lost parcel.

All orders placed before 3pm are dispatched and shipped same day. Orders are shipped with our complimentary standard 2-3 day tracked and signed service. However, at an extra cost at checkout we offer an express shipping option whereby your order will arrive next day. Your parcel will be shipped via Royal Mail 48 and 24 tracked & signed services.

In most cases Royal can deliver parcels on the weekend to residential addresses. However, please note if you purchase on a Friday to a commercial address, the 'next day' delivery would likely be Monday.

Orders are dispatched and shipped Monday-Friday and any orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
